Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items not in original condition
- Products returned without prior approval
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue immediately via e-mail or phone
